Scatter Plot.
By Scholar

Originally I thought my relationship with these people were something of a love triangle. But I grew to realize it wasnt a triangle, or a circle or any kind of shape. We were more like a scatter plot. Plotted points with no rhyme or reason. Hence the name.

Poem 1

One poem.

Two boys

Two different stories

Same ending.

It began as unrequited love,

down only one road.

I was never one to change lanes,

But I grew weary of going no where,

So I took the path untraveled.

I took the shortcut.

Just as I thought I was going in the right direction...

The road ended.

I felt lulled into a trap.

By their beautiful smiles and even prettier words.

Then....they stole me.

One made off with my heart.

The other my soul.

I have tried to track them down

But I just drive in circles.

So the stories end with romance eluding me.

And all that Im left with is an  empty shell.
